I think this is one of the best pictures I have ever taken.

My dad is an elusive subject. He's just a hard man to photograph. In the past, I've mainly gotten pictures of him making an irritated or goofy face, or simply flipping me the bird.

Getting him with a genuine smile... This is like gold to me.

The older I get, the more I realize how much of who I am comes from him. Which is cool, because my dad is a awesome.

Oh wow I never actually noticed you had a daily dev! Congratulations on that (I know, I'm a bit late)! I think I said this once before but your dad seems really cool!

Anyway, he can't be cooler than THE Dad (= mine)! I really really love him and I can't even begin to explain how much I admire his knowledge (he's a real polyhistor), his wit and his edgy homour! But unfortunately he just won't let me take a picture of him! :/
