I was told once. but can you tell me how you get that effect that causes the lights to become little circles & dots.

I took some portraits on a roll of film, then I ran that same roll through the camera again and photographed out of focus lights.

oh...thats waaaay different than what I meant. not a film camera lol i thought you were using a digital. sorry.
although I do have a film camera. I didn't know you could do that.
too bad though I'd like to know how you'd do it with digital
